- 1 Hectare (2.5 acres) of Teak $15,000 plus $500 dollars annually for maintenance for 7 years.
Total investment= $18,500
- 2 Hectares (5 acres) of Teak $28,000 plus $1000 dollars annually for maintenance for 7 years.
Total investment= $35,000
- 3 Hectares (7.5 acres) of Teak $39,000 plus $1500 dollars annually for maintenance for 7 years.
