Palo Solo- Lot 3
Size: 14 Acre (6 Hectare)
Year Planted: 2005, 2000
Price: US $125,000
This large hilly parcel has a flat hilltop with an excellent view of Lake Nicaragua and Ometepe the volcanic island in the lake. A truly unique scenery only found in Nicaragua.
There are 500 teak trees planted in 2005 and 4500 pochote trees which were planted in 2000. The pochote trees have an average diamter of 5-6 inches. They have reached their canopy height and will begin to thicken once the parcel is thinned.
Thinning should be carried out this dry season and will produce a decent volume of low grade material which can be sold on the local market to generate revenue.
